This Tim Horton's used to be one of the best with great staff, super welcoming and always smiling. When COVID started everything has changed. 2 days ago I went there at 7:30 am, the girl told me something on the drive thru and I didn't understand and then she yelled at me, lol. Beyond horrible experience. I went in the evening and just to order took 13 minutes. Then to receive the food was another 15 minutes. I thought this was just a fluke and it wouldn’t happen again. But it did again and again night after night and other people as well complained. When I keep calling during the day to speak to a manager they always say there’s is non available so I resort to writing on here. Just Made an order and the lady that received it had those latex like gloves on, which is good...
