Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Middlesex Centre

WORST Tim's ever. learn to send an order to a debit card so it taps. My card does not swipe ... you should not have to send the order five times before it works. Replace the machine if that is a problem. If the soup is NOT READY at 11.30 am then don't ring it up and take 15 minutes to tell us it is not hot enough. Ditto the chili. Offer us a refind first then ring off all the food we can susbstitute with ... you should then offer a refund of the difference in the food's price. Or a full discount as we were 20+ minutes into waiting for it My husband went to get a donut as his blood sugar was crashing ... again the card machine did not work. He almost passed out due to hypoglycemia at this point. DOn't take 15 minutes to get us the offerred sandwhich --- at this point, it should have gone to the front of the line of orders. THIRTY FIVE MINUTES SPENT WAITING.

YOU NEED TO CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN OR GET SOME STAFF WHO WANT TO WORK THERE...

Abysmal and clueless do not begin to cover the horrible service of this Tim Hortons, but they are the best I can think of.

Drive-thru order of two sandwiches and two drinks took almost 20 minutes from the minute I paid!

Middle Eastern drive-thru attendance couldn't even work the order! He couldn't find the grilled cheese option so he said I had to pick something else! Are you kidding me!? Tim Hortons have been serving grilled cheese sandwiches for years! Fortunately, he found it before I could respond.

Then, when I asked for the receipt, he said it was in the bag. So I checked, guess what wasn't in the bag! So now they're lying to customers.

Drinks ordered were 2 ice Capps with 2 shots of expresso...NO EXPRESSO DESPITE THE RECEIPT!!!

Finally, the wrap was destroyed! Ripped and a mess. How can you serve that to a customer?

If you can avoid this Tim Hortons, do so it all cost. Not worth your time or money. The manager/ owner should be ashamed of...

Almost 30 minutes in the drive through. Finally pulled up to the window and three supervisors were trying to decide how to delegate so that the massive line up going all the way out the door, and still building in the drive through, could get served. Tasty coffee, but had to wait a few more minutes for my food order....which was wrong. Ten minutes from order placement until my food was handed to me and they couldn't even give me what I ordered. It was tasty, but not what I asked for...and I wasn't prepared to waste an hour to turn back and request it be corrected. For the amount of staff present there was no reason for the level of chaos that seemed to be occurring. I'll drive past this one from now on, unless I have 45 minutes to spare and I don't care what they give me for breakfast.

Last time visiting this store. The new Tim Horton's in Mt Brydges is close enough that I'll still save time despite the...
