Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mira Road

So I've been here before and usually it's alright. Today though was abysmal. No clear indication of where the pick up and order lines are, for one. It took literally ten minutes of me standing at the counter just to order 1 extra large tea, triple triple with milk. Even then I stood and waited for my order to get called I saw THREE people who ordered after me get their orders called. Then I heard the ladies behind the counter ask "wait who has the tea?" And then I walked up and they said "oh is that yours?" Worst part of it is they didn't even pit the dammed sugar in! Awful service and horribly...

Staff was friendly and efficient, tables were mostly clean, the drinks I had were of a good standard. I visited just before closing so stock levels of baked goods were very low.
