Restaurant La Préférence — Restaurant in Mirabel

We have been working over at Mirabel Airport and needed to take a long lunch break. I am so glad that my colleagues and I found Restaurant La Préférence. A very nice new building with a very extensive deep menu of plentiful offerings and variety and quite reasonable prices. My order arrived at the table very large and super fresh with quality and great taste. Our server, Melissa, was delightful and made my colleagues and I feel like we were superstars. She even told me that I was "cute" for trying to speak in my broken French and referring to the meal as "nourissant". Worst service I ever had! The waitress couldn't keep up with her 4 tables, she even made a disrespectful comment about the other waitress to us, no team spirit at all. We waited about an hour with our finished plates in front of us. Other than that the food was ok, some good options but my husband had to wait a whole 15 min to get the rest of his order (ordered a 2 eggs, bacon and pankakes he got the eggs and all but no pankakes we had to ask twice for them). We we’re visiting the area from Ontario, stopped into this restaurant for Lunch. So glad we did, with so many restaurant choices we didn’t know what we would get here.
