Update 27-11-22 still no refund to be seen and they are ignoring our emails !!! sushi shop is a scam!! If you plan to order from this place, please don't
Ordered via web app on October the 29th at around 5:44pm for a total of 151$ and booked for 7:13pm pick-up.
I arrived at around 7:00pm
When I asked for my order, I have been answered by Mylia Lelievre, Assistant manager, she looked so surprised and asked me if I called the restaurant to confirm order, even thought It is already Prepaid via web app, so why would I call to confirm?.
Furthermore, we tried calling from 5:00pm to 5:30pm, but no answer at all, that's why we ordered from the website. We have been told that they are having a lot of issues with their phone for a long time.
This was suppose to be a birthday surprise, and I can tell you that people weren't happy, my self included.
What insulted me the most is that they offered 3 shrimps and a 30min+ waiting time as a compensation, which was really laughable.

Read moreWe called at 5:30 to place an order. We were told it would be ready at 7:30. We arrived at 6:50 and the girl told us it would be ready by 7:30. We waited in the restaurant. We asked for a bottle of soya sauce and she said there were no more. At around 7:10 we told the girl we were going to Super C (behind the restaurant) to get soya sauce and would be back. We returned at 7:30 thinking that we would get our food, pay and leave. When we asked about our order she told us that it would only be ready at 8:00pm and that they hadn’t even started our order. All the while they were receiving Doordash orders and telling the door dashers that their orders would be ready for 8. When we asked her why she didn’t tell us when we arrived at 6:50 that it wouldn’t be ready, she said she was sorry. She told us that 2 girls had called in sick and it was only 2 of them doing the orders. She didn’t even offer to give a discount. We paid $235!
At that point she should’ve closed the DoorDash and not taken anymore orders!
I will never order from them again! Worst...
Read moreWalked into this location 20 minutes after opening, and it was already filthy. The floors were greasy, hadn’t been mopped, and had visible patches of mud (or worse) leading straight to the counter. Completely unacceptable for a food establishment.
I ordered the Red Tiger—something I get regularly from other Sushi Shop locations—and what I received looked and tasted nothing like it. The rice was overcooked, the fish was wrong, and when I asked for it to be flame-torched (as it’s supposed to be), the staff looked totally confused. I was also told they no longer use tilapia in the Red Tiger, which is a key ingredient.
To top it off, the edamame I ordered was still frozen. Sushi is already pricey, and at these prices, there’s no excuse for such poor quality and a dirty environment. I won’t be coming back to this...
