I was not very impressed. I was putting in an order at 200 king street Chatham, New Brunswick, Add Tim hortand I was going through the drive-thru. There was not a car in the drive, so there was nobody at your window. There was very little carriage in your parking lot. So I knew it wasn't very busy when I pulled up to your screen and I placed my order. And I told her I'm sorry you put the wrong order in and I corrected her which as a public. Person when ordering the customers usually right not saying that she was wrong Because people do make mistakes and that is understandable. But when the women when you get to the window says I know we always screw Up your order. What the hell does I tell you? And to come out and call me rude.Because I corrected something really.. But the order that she had put on the board was wrong and I specified. It is wrong and I had to change it when I come to the window. Another woman totally not the one I was Giving my order. Too. She happened to take it upon herself and tell me I was rude and that if I didn't like my order to go to another Tim Hortons. This is a kind of people you have serving cust impressed. And I will not order again and I work 2 doors down from you. And yes, every time I order my order is screwed up. My coffee never has the right amount of sugar or it has cream in it. Or when you say no egg because you are allergic to it.... You don't get an apology. At all, we'll remake it for you. But where's the apology? I'm sorry, but this review will be my first and only as i will bever shop at any of your c9ffee shops again.. From the lady in the grey half ton that spent $15. Buck every morning and...
Read moreEdit: out of 4 trips to tims this week had to walk back 4 times cause of coffees made wrong. Thats an extra 8 km this week. (The coffees arent for me so i dont know they are wrong until i get home). The 3rd time i went back and the guy argued with me that i didnt order them right. I get a large double double quarter hot chocolat. He claims i ordered large coffee quarter hot chocolat which i dont ever say it thst way. Then today i specifically asked another guy before i left if he put in the cream and sugar for the double double and he said yes. Well i got home and no cream or sugar. This is getting ridiculous. The english as first language workers are great and the others are friendly enough but screw up way too much. I am tired of having to walk 2 km there and back in the cold for their screwups and they no longer even offer those coupons for free coffees to make up for it. Seriously considering dropping tims all together and going with subway or irving coffees instead
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great Tim's located on base. Fireplace, comfy chairs, big lot, 2 lanes in drive thru and after hours service at window even for those without vehicles. But go early if it's Boston creams...
Read moreI have held my tongue for far too long about this place. This has to be the absolute worst Tim's I have been to. The only consistent thing to come out of this business is dissatisfied customers. The Dark Roast coffee might be good once every 10x you go there. Its always burnt, machines are not cleaned properly and this is the result. I went there this morning and asked for a Cheese Biscuit Double Toasted with Butter and I repeated that I wanted it dark and low and behold, I get to the window and I am handed a Biscuit that is hardly toasted. I gave it back and asked for a Double toasted one. She comes back 30 secs later with my original biscuit, in its wrap that was opened previously and used again and somewhat darker. They just do not listen. Its all about the speed and money, but they do not care about customer service of quality of food. The worst part is, is this is a daily occurrence. I have to add that there are some good workers there but for the most part, it is them that hold the...
