Apparently "chow mein" on their menu is what 99.99% of the world would call chop Suey instead... But ya can't really blame them because it's apparently an East coast thing, with google saying it's a common mistake in the USA as well, this is why I kept this at 4 stars since the quality and flavour were fine. But yeah, google search "chow mein" maybe before you offer it on the menu and then serve an entirely different dish? The food was tasty in my combo 5, with the best chicken balls I've had in a long time for sure, but the fried rice was also very unexpected and not great since it was a small pile of rice soaked in soy sauce to the point of being dark brown, uncle Roger would be appalled! Flavour was so so, definitely not what I'd call fried rice. The egg roll was small but very well made, as was both the hot and sour soup and the wonton soup with noodles. BEST WONTONS EVER! Definitely not prepackaged stuff like out west, these were home made with high quality meat and I loved the soup.

************ UPDATE ************* Fast forward a year later (April 2022 ) we went back and prices have gone up and portions Gone Down. I regret to say " We,ll Never Go Back from Welcome Back . " Its the same as any other . Sadly . ************************************ (July 2020) This is One of Those Best Hidden Secrets, a Rare Jem Find . We were just looking for a open Dine in Chinese Restaurant during these difficult times . And yet still feel Safe Omg .. The Best we have ever had Hands Down . We will be Back . To Enjoy Many more Items on the Menu . Definitely worth the 1hr 1/2 Drive from Moncton NB . looking forward to our next visit . We were Served by Daina , She was Amazing , Friendly , and Made it Very Pleasent Experience .Tip Her Well she Deserves it . It was a little piece of normality to dine out and fine a Best Kept Secret that needs to be shared

Amazing Cantonese food. Not cheap but real value for the money. We ordered soup (I had a great wonton soup where the wontons were perfectly cooked and my husband had hot and sour soup. We split a main course, a seafood noodle dish. The scallops weren’t overcooked and plenty of shrimp. We ate until we were full and leftovers became dinner the next day. A huge serving! Great and friendly service a vast menu with Chinese and Canadian comfort food selections. Always packed, so make a reservation if you can. Closed Monday and Tuesday. 12-8 on other days.

This was the worst place I have ever eaten. It felt surreal how bad everything was. I was sitting in my car laughing afterwards having paid 32 dollars for what amounted to a Sobeys reheated dinner. The service process was weird, had to fill out an intake form and provide my full name to receive the goods. Grab any old table and wait for the yell to be summoned up for delivery.

The worst offender was the hot and sour soup, it was a gelatinous blob with boot leather chicken (maybe pork???) and was the least appetizing thing I have ever laid eyes on. An off yellow mucus with mystery flesh. The rest was just their combo D which like I said was effectively just reheated mess they charge you for. My suggestion if you ever have to eat in Mirimachi would be MacDonalds or something it’s a desolate place for foodstuffs that’s for sure. The lady behind the counter was at least nice but I think she wasn’t happy with the setup either.

Avoid and do...
