Young's Kitchen: Delicious Sushi, Filling Portions, and a New Look!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Young's Kitchen in Mission, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the recent renovations. The restaurant has a fresh, modern feel with more seating options, making it perfect for a casual lunch or a relaxing dinner.

The service was good. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. Based on her suggestion, I tried the Dinner Special with Katsu Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the accompanying sauce was the perfect complement. My wife had the beef teriyaki don, and she was equally impressed by the tender beef and savory sauce.

Both portions were very generous, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. This is definitely not a place where you'll leave hungry!

Young's Kitchen Sushi is a great neighbourhood Japanese restaurant. The first time I ate there was for a takeout snack. The second time was for takeout dinner.

I ordered the Tofu Teriyaki Donburi with an order of their Boston Sushi Roll. The donburi was very good; the breaded tofu tasted light yet piquant. Everything else in the donburi was great. The sushi roll was delicious, sensing that balance of flavour that good sushi should have.

The service was greater than great. They said they would have my food finished by quarter after 7, however I received it more than 15 minutes before the expected time. I was also asked for water or tea by the waitress when I was waiting there. My only complaint about the restaurant is that the space was pretty small and the interior look was pretty basic.

Overall, this restaurant is not just great of convenience, but for great food and service as well. I will definitely be coming back to...

I have spent over a year hearing phenomenal feedback about this establishment and had the opportunity to experience it today with a friend for their birthday. I ordered my classic taste test dish, Ebi Sunomuno, it was balanced and fresh, leaving me satisfied with my appetizer and eager for my next dish. The Gomae was especially appealing, the presentation was unique and remarkably unlike other establishments, the color was a beautiful and refreshing contrast that had me eager to share it with my friend.
