Chicken N Tings Caribbean Cuisine — Restaurant in Mississauga

Went in today at about 12:30 waited 15 minutes for my food got my food something said check your order. Ask the lady that took my order and gave me my food I did not receive my coleslaw she said it's not ready yet I ask how long they have no time to make any. So if I did not ask the question I would of never now I was missing part of my order. She then ask me if I want more gravy I can get but no coleslaw still standing there the woman tell me said she dream but a person like me and she can not bother. Really customer service sucks to know I left Wanless and McLaughlin to come try there food as I heard so much about them for this treatment I gave them back there food and got my money back. I would not recommend this restaurant to no one until management address...

The fried chicken is sooo good. Don't forget the sauce. Jerk pork is really nice too but, I've had better. Oxtail and curry goat is whatever. Their chicken soup is nice but if the red peas soup isn't extra salty, it's burnt. But the service? Wicked disrespectful. The wait time alone is a serious turn off. The server seems like she moves as slow as she does on purpose. I've waited 10 minutes before I had a chance to place my order and, another 10 minutes waiting for my order (and its only one small size food that i'm ordering). Used to be good when it first opened, quality def changed. The worst part about going there is the lady that works at the front. One of the laziest rudest lackadaisical attitudes I've ever encountered for someone whom is in a customer service position. Waiting occasionally isn't an issue.. but every.. single... time I go there... even if I call in advanced I have to wait a minimum of 20 mins. I've even been late to work because of this... if you have somewhere to go or something to do, do it first. Clearly if you aren't friends with the woman at the front, your time doesn't matter Will not be returning because the disrespect. My money is...
