Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

My family has ordered dozens of times at this location as we have lived here for more than 20 years and I have never felt so disrespected. I will not be going back to this Pizza Pizza ever.

We had signed up for the newsletter to receive a free slice of pizza on my daughters birthdays. The coupon expires on the last day of the year and I visited some time in early December. When I went to redeem them, an employee by the name of Danny said it is required to have the child present in order to redeem them. My children were not with me and I had asked where it says that my children need to be present. He says it has always been policy and as a favour he allowed us to redeem one slice.

Imagine driving all the way and getting rejected based on an unknown policy. So I went back home to get my 5 and 3 year old so I could then redeem the coupons.

When I arrived, Danny was in the back preparing a pizza with his mask hanging below his chin. Another employee by the name of Victoria, greeted me much more warmly and allowed us to redeem the coupons. For all of our troubles we asked if we could get one slice Hawaiian as that is my daughters favourite. Victoria said it would it would not be a problem. But then as we waited for the slices we witnessed Danny trying to convince Victoria to change it to a pepperoni/cheese slice. Victoria tried to sympathize with us and said it was okay and did us a kind thing.

After we got the slices, we made sure to get the names of Danny and the manager, Nancy. I only wish that the policy was clear and that Danny would have been more reasonable. It felt like he was out to give us a hard time. We were not trying to take advantage of a free slice yet we were greeted with such hostility. We will not be ordering...

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Pizza. I don’t know when the quality standards dropped, but this pizza was unacceptable. Look at the crust in the photo—it’s like 2 inches of extra dough on each side, with barely any toppings. I even paid extra for a garlic base and spent $24 on an extra-large paneer pizza, expecting something satisfying. Instead, I got this?

After a 4-hour drive from Windsor to pick up my friend, I was looking forward to enjoying a good pizza while watching the match. Instead, I was left regretting my choice. This pizza is far from the quality when it comes for size, I’ve come to expect from Pizza Pizza. Let me tell you, many other Pizza Pizza locations genuinely value their customers and deliver great pizzas worth money. Unfortunately, Mississauga’s Pizza Pizza is not one of them.

I gave extra star for taste that's for sure, Pizza Pizza never compromised with the taste and I agree the pizza tastes was really good which made me curious for the size. I don't know but you deserve atleast more than 1 star for taste but definitely not for the size of pizza I am getting for this much money. Please understand I am not angry I am just disappointed as I spend around 80-100 bucks every week on Pizza Pizza.

I came in at about 9:40pm on March 12th, 2023 and asked for a pepperoni slice. I had a “score a slice” free slice coupon from the Toronto Maple Leafs game from the day before. This location was cheap and did not honor the valid coupon promotion from corporate head office.

There was a young brown female that took the order and then when I informed her that I will be using the free slice coupon, she called an older white female from back who scanned the code and said that the code was expired. I showed her the coupon that clearly stated the coupon is valid and expires tomorrow but she would still not honor the coupon, which should be honored since it’s a corporate head office promotion. She was also rude. The POS screen towards the customer side was blacked out so there was no proof that showed that the coupon was expired. She lied so that they don’t have to honor my coupon and give out a free slice.

The coupon clearly showed proof that the coupon is not expired until the next day (March 13th).

Very bad customer service, will not be returning to this location after regularly ordering from this location for the last 10 years. I hope someone can look at this review and honor my...
