Royal Paan — Restaurant in Mississauga

Went to Royal Paan around midnight with a friend—we clearly ordered 3 faloodas. That’s it. The guy at the counter didn’t ask us anything but added rabdi and charged us $2 extra for each one. We didn’t notice at first, but while waiting, my friend looked at the menu and realized we were being overcharged.

When we asked for the bill, it showed the extra charges. We never asked for rabdi. It’s not about the money—it’s about the lack of honesty and customer respect. You don’t just add something and expect customers to pay for it without even mentioning it.

And the counter guy? One of the most arrogant and rude staff I’ve ever encountered. Zero basic manners, full of himself, and absolutely no sense of customer service. Acting like he’s above everyone because he’s working at Royal Paan? Please. That kind of ego for a place that’s supposed to represent street food and community is just sad.

I recently had tea from Royal Paan, prepared by a staff member named Abhishek. Unfortunately, the tea was bland and tasteless. When I politely gave feedback, Abhishek responded by saying, “We can’t do anything about it,” which felt very unprofessional and insensitive.

We ordered some food from the derry location and it’s so disgusting. We always order from the Ebenezer location and always delicious. We thought it’s same location and taste should be same but it’s not recommended. Aloo tikki wrap is totally burnt and was so tasteless no sauce in there only bhujiaa and tikki..
