Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

This is across from the truck stop , so keep in mind I walked 100 yard in the pouring rain 4 times . I ordered a dark roast regular and returned to my truck , it was a steeped tea. Returned back and got it exchanged . Walked back to my truck , another steeped tea . Returned again and politely informed them that the coffee pot has steeped tea in it . They correctly made me another one and rudely insisted that I bring both wrong drinks to a garbage outside as there aren’t any inside and stated I got my coffee for the same price as the tea. I ordered and paid for a coffee and they made the mistake twice. I don’t work for Tim Hortons and I’m not being ordered by employees that work there to dispose of their mistakes. I work down the street with approximately 200 coworkers and will share my experience with them as well. I’ve literally had hundreds of lunches there , never again Sad to see what...

One of the worst Tim Horton's locations by far, though all locations seem to not care at all about customer service. Going through the drive through here, you'll be asked what you want to order, only to have to repeat yourself 20 times because their not listening, or still inputting the previous order and aren't ready to place yours, but ask anyway. They have Ice'd Latte's on their menu, yet none of the employees seem to know their own menu, cause when you ask for an iced LATTE, they ask a bunch of times if you mean ice coffee? Ice coffee? ICE COFFEE?

How do you have iced lattes on your menu and you don't even know lol. Then once you finally do get to the window, they serve you an iced coffee instead. Idk why putting an espresso shot and some milk in a cup is so hard, but apparently it is. Horrible horrible customer service at every single location I go too, but this one in particular is...

I could give 0 stars if it would allow me to. There are many of things wrong with this tims location, but customer service would top it all. First of all, the people working here especially girls, they don’t know how to take the orders, listen or speak proper english, and once they mess up your whole order, they have the audacity to give you attitude like do your job properly or leave, there’s plenty of skilled people who would kill to get a job in this economy.

They always forget things to put in your order and don’t know how to take orders like literally they will make say your order twice or thrice and will still get it wrong and doesn’t know basic formality as well like greeting people.

My advice would be, stay away from this location and save yourself some unwanted drama and a messed up order, because that’s the last thing you need any...
