This evening I went in and there was only 1 man working. It was very busy and you could tell the man was stressed. After a 30 minute wait I handed my coupon for two 6â subs, 2 cookies and 2 drinks. The coupon was scanned before he added the drinks and cookies so I asked him to add those. He added them and scanned the coupon a second time- this time he said âthis coupon has already been usedâ. I let him know it was the second time he scanned it and that I just got it from a new coupon book. He did not agree so we asked for the cookies to be taken off. He moved the cookies to the side but never removed them off the bill, we ended up being charged for 4 cookies (we didnât realize until we left). On a good day, the subs will be untoasted even though we requested toasted and even went so far as to put it in the order notes to toast the subs, because this happens repeatedly. Last night, our order took about an hour and a half for them to prepare. It was the longest I have ever seen any uber eats order take. When it arrived (to the wrong address) we tracked it down, and it was a total mess. Out of the four subs we ordered, not one was right. The closest was a pizza sub which arrived with just meat, even though we asked for it with veggies as well. We doubt the delivery driver mixed up the orders, as we had the drinks...
   Read moreTerrible service. We only ordered three subs. The girl taking the orders asked twice if we wanted the first one toasted, each time we said no. Whilst we ordered the second and third subs, she toasted it anyway. When we said it was not supposed to be toasted, she said âI asked you twiceâ, we replied, âand we said NO twiceâ, so she just rolled her eyes and muttered to herself.
The food was soggy and stale.
We will never go there again. The attitude of the family working behind the counter was that customers are a nuisance, and clearly no pride whatsoever in the food...
