Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississippi Mills

There is a young afternoon supervisor who I've encountered many times. I haven't had one single good encounter with her. I ordered a bagel through the drive thru and requested it had cream cheese. DONT BOTHER - Slow, poor service, often getting orders wrong. Did I mention slow? Went this evening again against my better judgement. as soon as I walked in I could hear the employees in the back horsing around, not really paying attention to the front or so it seems. The one girl that was actually serving customers had to retrieve the other employees to assist her with our order and others. New girl (I believe) is preparing the order. Obviously has no idea what ingredients goes on what and was getting instructions via headset from one of the others. Not a big deal. Shes new I’ll wait patiently. She completed order after a little wait and I’m out the door.

Get back to the Emergency room with food for my wife, son & myself. Wouldn’t ya know it. Top of my sandwich is burnt so badly it’s actually black & burnt about 1/4” up the side of the bun. Bottom too but not as bad. frustrated so I go back... no more sandwich buns in the store... fml... ended up replacing the order with some inferior not really comparable BLT wrap. Which was less than desirable so I tossed that out instead of going back. Not wasting my time at this store anymore. Not sure if it’s poor training, sever lack of caring or just plain laziness. Time to step up the game a bit and figured out what’s causing the restaurant to run poorly. Your customers are...

This is without a doubt the worst Tim Hortons on the planet! They never get your order correct and I've been going here for years. If you order a double double, you end up with a tea. If you order a breakfast sandwich with sausage they don't put the meat on it half the time. (I just ordered 4 sausage and egg sandwiches for me and a friend) got home and only one has meat on it. Half the time the coffee is full of coffee grinds. Last time I asked for a sesame bagle with herb and garlic and it was a blueberry bagle with herb and garlic. They once gave me a hard time cause I ordered 4 iced capps in the drivethru. Telling me that it was a large order through drivethru and I should have went inside. I could honestly keep going with many more mistakes over the years. I'm not supporting this location or any tim hortons locations. Your job is not that difficult. I hope you people don't end up having a future career where your constant careless mistakes could potentially hurt someone or cause property damage. It's actually pathetic that you can't make a coffee or a sandwich correctly 8 out...
