Burger King — Restaurant in Moncton

3rd review (Oct 28, 2025) I've taken to eating their cheeseburger children's meal (getting old). Burger comes with fries, drink choice (I go with the chocolate milk) and toy (which I give to our neighbour's child). I truly enjoy this meal on occasion.

2nd review (2025) Pat (lovely wife) and I have never been disappointed eating here. Always get what we expect though this time, the special Halloween item had been added. Pat loves their Whoppers so when she saw the Jack-o-Lantern Whopper, it was a must have (and Pat loved it). I was content with my cheeseburger, fries and chocolate milk Kids meal. I was delighted getting the Headless Horseman figurine. I know our neighbour's children will enjoy the toy. I was endeared by the attendant that went out of her way to ensure I received the toy of my picking. Great staff at this location.

1st review (2022) Of the 3 in our group I only had a strawberry milkshake which was divine. Though they did originally give me Ghost Pepper Poppers. Had to circle round and have them correct the order. They had my wife Pat's order come up perfect. She ordered the Whopper and was quite satisfied. Our friend, Liz, ordered some burger combo (I wasn't paying attention). Liz scarfed hers down so she must have liked it. No complaints other than their mix up with my shake. Overall good experience. We weren't in a rush so I easily forgave them...

Seriously the worst location I've ever been too. I wish I didn't get take out so that I could have just given back the food for a refund. The nuggets were dripping oil and tasted of old grease.

The whoppers were actually disgusting.

The person behind the counter was super rude. We ordered two 8pc nuggets and there was only one in the bag. We went back to the counter and she tried to convince us that we really only ordered one 8pc until she saw the receipt and even then pointed at it and said that we only ordered one until she looked closer. Gave us some attitude and basically just threw the nuggets into the bag.

Bad food and bad service. Definitely never going back to burger king again as this is the only convenient location to where I live. First and...

What a horrible experience.

I was the first and only person in the restaurant. I placed my order. 3 sandwiches, and two combos.

They missed one of the sandwiches right on the bill, fortunately, I caught this error and they corrected it. (Or so I thought)

I waited twenty minutes for my food, watched the cashier physically unwrap and inspect the meal to see if it was all there, opening each sandwich, and they still managed to get one of the sandwiches wrong and forget one of the hash brown orders.

You're better off making food at home, it will be faster, more accurate, and you know your hands will be washed; at least until the robots are ready to replace...
