We have been loyal customers for several years with huge orders of $80-$100 per delivery. Never complained, even if something was not quiet right; until today. We placed the order excited to get the pkgs delivered and when opening the bag happily anticipating our food we discovered everything was in shambles rice and sauce and pork everywhere but in the containers. Ok strange but what the heck accidents happen.... Ring ring we call we advise the situation and shockingly no apologies no Ok no worries we will fix this no. No. Nothing but accusations stating we must have dropped the parcel! scrutinized!! So I as a consumer warn my fellow public Chinese food lovers think twice before you dial their number because it will be a clod day in hell before we give that establishment another hard earned cent! 30 years in business......

One of the Worst (and Most Expensive) Chinese Meals in Moncton

We ordered from this place tonight and it was a huge disappointment. Easily the most expensive Chinese food in Moncton — and unfortunately, also the worst I’ve ever had.

The $10 wonton soup was basically inedible: overcooked, broken wonton wrappers floating in broth with dry, oversized pork meatballs and soggy mushrooms. It had an odd taste and texture, and honestly, I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

The rest of the meal wasn’t any better — everything tasted off, and the quality just wasn’t there. For $40, I expected something halfway decent, but this was a complete waste of money.

Not even worth calling to complain, because I have no intention of ever ordering from here again. Just leaving this review to warn others — save your money and go...

I have been eating from Sun Sun for 20 years and I love their food! But tonight I ordered my regular meal a combination plate C which is chicken Fried rice, chicken chow mein and chicken balls.. The person who answered the phone miss wrote down what I ordered, she put combination plate B which does not have chow mein. This is my favorite part of the meal and their way of fixing the fact my supper was ruined was to offer a half order of chow Mein next time I ordered.. As a regular customer I would expect a free meal that I ordered especially since this meal Was ruined for me and it cost me $38.00 plus tip.. Very disappointed with how this was handled..
