Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Moncton

Not sure what's been going on with this location recently, but the quality has gotten worse and worse over the past year or so. I've ordered from here since we've moved to Moncton about 6 years ago and their service used to be excellent. It seems every time I make an order now, it's either wrong or sub par.

Twice now I have ordered two donairs and there's been a mistake with my order. The first time it was just never delivered, when calling about it they had insisted that the order was still out for delivery. I had to call a second time to finally get a new them to my door, took an hour and 20 minutes to finally get my order. The second time, the donairs didn't have any sauce on them, when calling to report the issue I got a long sigh on the phone, but they did eventually replace it. It took about an hour in total before I finally got what I had originally ordered. I only live 2 minutes from the restaurant.

Aside from this, the quality in food has been below average recently. I will be avoiding this location...

Tried to order online, but website doesn’t work so we called, no big deal. A lady answered the phone, we were asked to hold on, twice, also not a big deal. We had received a coupon in the mail for online codes and due to the website not working we were unable to get the discount. My girlfriend brought this up to her, wondering if we could use the code over the phone. Before she could really explain what she was trying to ask, the lady interrupted and said “and what do you want me to do?” In a slightly impatient and annoyed tone. Girlfriend tried to explain again, and got interrupted with “I can’t do that over the phone it’s only on the website.” And before we could say anything she seemed impatient and continued with “okay i’ll just help you out this one time okay dear? Okay? Your total is _. Alright bye now.” and then we ended the call. Not the best experience we’ve had with Domino’s but usually it’s very good.

(There was also another person on hold so we can understand the impatience but it kind of...

They made the wrong order I ask them to make it right they said no we are closing we can’t do it but we can deliever you another day free pizza. Today I called to redeem my free pizza the girl shift supervisor said she can’t deliver it because I have to order min 10-15 orders to get that free pizza. I don’t think so she was even a supervisor, what kind of services you guys are providing. Someone is saying something and the other person is saying something else. That’s why management needs to take a look on those people that how they are treating their customers. We order many times from this dominos but ofcourse they will make you disappointed I got my order many times wrong I would not bother thinking that’s okay they are also workers but no people like her stubborn doesn’t want to make anything right. Then people saying why their is a racism for Indian workers, that’s the reason because they don’t know how to handle the situation.I hope Manager will see this review and atleast...
