McDonald's — Restaurant in Moncton

Yesturday. At Mc Donald I order a 1/4 pounder with cheese combo no buns, and only cheese, the no-buns because I'm celiac, and no salt on the fries, when I receive my order. So I went to fill my drink and get some ketchup from the ketchup despencer, when I went at the table to start eating, I notice something it tasted like cardboard even with ketchup put all over by burger, I look under and the box peal off allot, that was the first time that happen, because there was no buns, they should of used the Poutine Box for it, not the acctuall 1/4 pounder box, and that his the first time that happen to me. To prevent eating more cardboard by accident I remove the patties full of ketchup, and put it on my tray, and all the way through I keept looking under the pattie if cardboard pieces stick under the patties, no it did not, but when I continue eating the patties, all it taste was like cardboard, and I even show the peal-off box, to the server at Mc Donald, and all they say I'm soory, and I even tell them I might have eaten cardboard by accident, the Best service would have been to refund my purchase, they did not. I felt sick because of accidently eating cardboard, Back home so I drink expired Agragole, with Water and almost barf because I could still taste the cardboard, so I used non- alcoholic mouth wash to gargole so I can get rid of the taste of cardboard, did not help, and then I drink orange juice, did not help. I distracted my self playing Super Mario Maker, and after I was done, my stomach hack when away, but I could still taste the cardboard, the taste of cardboard went away after I eat Doritos Nacho cheese. I could go to DQ instead because they have way better service, but DQ his too expensive, and too mush fat, that it hurts my stomach. If the bad service continues I will have to at least switch mc Donald location. They did not even have to refund the full price, because I used a coupon....

It was very disappointing that there wasn't a place designated for us to lock up our bicycles. It was very inconvenient and slightly embarrassing to have to lock them around a post that wasn't secured to the ground. Which left lots of room for potential theft and left little room for being able to chose a table other then one fromnwhere we still had a view of our bikes. The staff didn't seem to be in very good spirits on this particular Mothers Day visit with my daughter (she treated this time!) The doom and gloom vibe did bring down the excitement for my 8 year old and was not so great of a feeling for myself either. The dining room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The entrance we used (which was probly less conveniently used by patrons following us due to the now bicycle obstructed walkway) had a lot of bird feathers and bird poop around it. A bit off putting walking threw while entering to eat. Despite that the food was done well and the orders were taken and filled properly and very quickly. It would be nice to have not needed to watch our bikes whikenwe ate and insted be engaged fully in conversation with my child. It would have been very nice to have had lunch without the particular distraction. I would still go back, just wouldn't bike to there next...

I have gone to this McDonald's several times due to it being just down the road from my place (within a 5-minute walk). Every time I have gone here (without fail) they have messed up my order in some way or another. I've gotten refunds, I've gotten value meal coupons, but yet somehow they still fail to train their staff to properly give out the correct orders. Just today I went in and ordered a six pack Chicken McNugget meal and I only got four nuggets in the box. They even failed to give me the receipt. I didn't think I'd have to ask for the receipt but apparently at this location you have to ask for the receipt to receive it. This is unacceptable behavior from any McDonald's anywhere. I expect better from a McDonald's, that's the point. That is what their entire Enterprise is built upon. It is built upon receiving the same quality from any McDonald's no matter what. You should always get six nuggets with a six nuggets and you should get everything else that you ordered without having to double check. Every time I have gone to the McDonald's they have gotten my order wrong without fail. This is a terrible location do...
