Rôtisserie St-Hubert — Restaurant in Mont-Laurier

Worst place ever!!... Food is always cold, service hasty, and this week my potatoes were past their expiry date... disgusting! If these people tried the food they're serving, they would get another job!... Besides, this restaurant is hugely overpriced for the mediocre quality of the food & the lack of class of its atmosphere... The waitresses in the bar section are way too familiar, loud, and have no restraint : they yell at each other across the counter - and the tables (!!!) -, they apostrophize the clients... They're not very polite... One would think himself in an open-air market instead of in a restaurant... I get the sports camaraderie touch & the like, but it's still no excuse for such misplaced familiarities with the clients... This place reunites all the characteristics of a DUMP, which is what this so-called restaurant is. STAY AWAY FROM IT, it's an assault upon your purse & clearly not worth...

Ordered for delivery...45 minute delivery time... OK, I get it, they are busy. Received 1 meal with no side (french fries). Called the store, pressed 2 for administration, spoke to a girl who says " No problem, we will expedite french fries" , okay thanks. 40 minutes later, no fries... Called back, pressed 2 for administration, spoke to a guy, and he asks me if I still want the fries ??? I said no, the burger is long gone, but I'm angry. Was offered brownies or a store credit. NOT good enough. The boy says 'I will pass this to my boss tomorrow' and here we are, 2 days later and still no reply. Well St-Hubert... you have lost a very good...

went through the drive thru tonight...ordered a club sandwich with white meat..asked for cheese..she tells me it comes in all club sandwiches ..so ok...i get home...NO CHEESE in my club..and then..she didnt send the coleslaws either , i thought the bag she handed me was coleslaw..it was bbq sauce and mayo for the club..asked for rib and chicken combo...with extra sauce on the ribs..she says no problem!! no extra sauce at all!! omg...i was so mad and disappoined i called the number on the site..waiting for manager to...
