Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montréal-Est

Went through drive-thru and ordered a bagel and a sandwich with a coffee and an Iced cap. I was told to advance in the parking lot (like this place always asks us to do to improve their service times) which I don't usually mind, but the wait was long. After 15 minutes, I call the restaurant to ask if there was an error with my order and the employee says they're going to check. After 5 minutes of waiting with no response, I hang up and call back thinking maybe the employee forgot about the call and they don't answer. I see four different employees come out and serve customers who even got there after us and I ask each one if there was an error with my order or how much longer it would be and they kept going back inside the restaurant to check, but never out with my order. After 45 minutes of waiting, I walked up to the second window and asked them if there was a problem with my order and if I would have to wait much longer, or else I'd like a reimbursement. They asked me what my order was and said they were going to make it now. I asked if I should wait in my car or by the window and they assured me they would bring it to us in the parking lot. So I went back to my melted Iced cap and waited, again. After about 50 minutes, I received my two sandwiches with sauce all over the wrappings, which okay, at least I got my food. The employee was nice and apologized for the wait. However, my simple original bagel with cream cheese had bacon in it, which I've never seen except in BLTs, so I had to go back inside and wait even longer for the correct order. This is not the first time the wait is long here, but this long is beyond ridiculous. The Tim's app also conveniently won't let me report a service issue. It's the only Tim's in the neighborhood, but I definetly recommend driving the extra 5-10 minutes to the nearest McDonald's instead, it'll be less long the wait here.

Edit: tried to contact their online customer service several times and their website conveniently does not...

Probably the worst Tim Horton's I've been. I travel a lot for work and I probably go to Tim Horton's more than I should. This particular one, the service on the weekend and particularly today (which is not the same crew as usual) have the rudest employees and an assistant manager who doesn't really care about customer service. We ordered 2 coffees at the drivethru and because we had forgotten to mention the size, an employee (woman) yeld at us : "QUELLE GRANDEUR", as if we made her job more complicated. But then, cherry on top, she forgot to close her microphone and she said : Wow, it's hard to mention the size (in french). It was so disrespectful, I had to come out and go inside to speak with the manager. Obviously, only the assistant manager was there. No one was in front. All employees where in the back. It took about 4 minutes before someone actually showed up to talk to me ( they didn't know at that moment that I wanted to complain) Then, when the assistant manager came to me, she litterally said: well if you're unhappy just go to Tim Horton's website and file a complaint with a "I don't give a **" attitude. All she could have done is appologize and ask me if there was anything she could do to fix the situation. I was very unhappy but I kept my calm and left the restaurant. I wish i didnt have to do this but gotta cuz this tim hortons is the worst ive been in. I had to repeat my order one by one i dont know how many times i was standing there for abot 15 minutes for a simple order.then when i was waiting for my order they brought it 1 by one and very slowly i timed that wait was 23.72 minutes of waiting and the line was getting longer and everyone was getting more and more impatient including me. And i couldnt believe it took that long for there were 10 people working but they didnt care. And my food was cold. They were supposed to be hot sandwiches and my icecaps half melted when i left.they didnt one of my sandwiches right and the other tasted like they rolled the entire thing in pepper my hashbrowns were soaked in oil that the paper over it was dripping there was so much.
