I am a qualified professional with extensive experience, likely surpassing that of many on the AW team. I joined AW while studying part-time, but I have unfortunately encountered certain members of the Iranian management team—specifically Behnaz and Mojtaba—whose behavior I believe lacks respect and professionalism, reflecting an outdated, authoritarian approach. This conduct appears to create biases that unfairly affect Muslim employees, who are sometimes treated differently and inappropriately, as if we bear responsibility for external issues unrelated to our work.As a recent convert to Islam, I only disclosed my faith when directly asked, and subsequently faced harassment that ultimately led to my departure. It's worth noting that I have nearly eight months of experience at another AW branch. To future employees, particularly those from Muslim backgrounds or immigrant communities, I encourage you to navigate these dynamics assertively. If I could give less than a star I would. I ordered at this location with uber eats, they gave me a burger with just the bread and the patty?? After being on the phone with an employee, they had promised me they would resolve the issue and give me a mozza burger and ask the next uber driver and they had uber drivers picking up order they had after, 30 mins passes by. No call back. I called them several times they didnt seem to want to pick up. Their excuse "it was very busy" uhm it's 4am. How busy could you be? Then when they finally did "my senior manager said i can't redo the order because it was a machine error" like if you guys couldnt have done it. Then don't say you could. Terrible customer service. Don't seem to care about customers concerns. She also had the audacity to say "Oh OK Bye" with a happy tone. Instead of enjoying food instead i had to actually post my first ever review because i'd never had such terrible...

The service was fast, the staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. But this review is mainly about the food.

I was in a rush, so I got a Beyond Meat burger and some onion rings. Overall the taste was good, but the burger was small and thin, bun, toppings and patty included.

What I don't get is why A&W would serve vegan patties but no vegan cheese or mayo replacements. If you're gonna offer a vegan meal, commit to it fully.

The fried coating on the onion rings was too salty, crumbly and greasy, even for fast food. I've had fried onion rings elsewhere that held together better and gave me less heartburn...
