Worst customer service ever! I ordered an all dressed pizza and specifically told them not to put ANY mushrooms on the pizza because I am ALLERGIC and can go into anaphylactic shock. After 45 minutes of waiting for the pizza to be delivered, I received it and once I opened the box, it was very evident that my instructions were not followed! It's lucky that the mushrooms were very visible (as there was a lot of them) or else if I wasn't able to see them, then it could have been extremely dangerous. When I called to tell them that they made a mistake and that I wanted another pizza to be delivered as soon as possible, I was told that I never told them that I was allergic to mushrooms but that I told them it was green olives I didn't want! They continued by telling me that they would deliver another pizza to me but that I would have to wait 45 minutes as we were not a priority, and that the 3 other people I was with who were waiting for food would NOT be able to eat while I waited because THEY WANTED THE PIZZA BACK! Beware, this place is the worst , and you might be getting someone's old pizza when it comes...

Bad customer service ! Waited two hours to get my order !

I ordered pizza from Here tonight as a treat for my 2 kids - they have been looking forward to it all week. I ordered at 4:32pm because they are young and eat early. The pizza took just over an hour to arrive, at least half cold and chewy. But the worst think was the huge chunks of ham all over the pizza that an adult could have choked on, let alone little kids. Yuck.

I rang the restaurant and spoke to the manager (not sure if he was the owner or not). I was told the delivery time was normal considering traffic, and that ham is ham, no matter what the size. No refund. No apology. Nothing.

Obviously I won’t be ordering...

BEWEAR you are receiving people’s mistake pizzas. If i can give this place 0stars I would . After waiting an hour I we received our order after the delivery man left I noticed it was wrong . I called back to notify them they gave me the wrong order and I was called a liar. I said i wanted to receive another pizza . THEY TOLD US NOT TO TOUCH THE PIZZA THEY GAVE US. I'm laughing at how gross that is . I didn’t want the pizza anymore because i waited a full hour and a half for them to replace it. Called back to tell them to credit me the lady was extremely rude and refused to refund us . Needless to say i did not eat this pizza as it was probably someones old pizza .....
