I order a pokebowl before heading to work and I was extremely disappointed of my poke at this Ahi Poke spot.

First off, the place at this location was clean and had a really nice decor 👌

However, the problem was my pokebowl wasn't exactly what I ordered. I took their pokebowl 50% (the half salmon half tuna) I request to have no edamame, no cucumber and no carrots + I ask extra avocado in my order. The person who took my order said "yes of course no worries" as they told to the person in charge of my pokebowl my order. After the chef has made my order, they show to the person in charge if that was the right order and the man nodded without barely looking at the order while he was being on the phone and left. When the chef gave my order and ask me if I would like a bag, I ask to the chef directly if there is "no edamame, no carrot and no cucumber" and they told me "Yes, there is no edamame, no carrot and yes cucumber" and I was confused because I request no cucumber. I told them about it and the person was looking of the guy who took my order it and they apologize as they open the pokebowl lid to remove the cucumber before putting in the bag and reassuring me that there is no cucumber , carrot or edamame in it which made me bit uncomfortable because as a chef myself, I wouldn't just remove the cucumber infront of me like the way they did but it's okay. I was also the only customer there and they had 1 order before mine so it wasn't during rush hour 😅

Once I arrive at my workplace and during my night break, I open the lid I found carrot and still some cucumbers slices in my bowl mixed up in my food...

Luckily, I'm not allergic to cucumber or carrot, just a intolerance / a preference to not have them. I'm just disappointed that as someone who worked in the restaurant field as a chef, I am extremely careful in the orders I do because I have customers who's actually allergic to certains vegetables or has intolerance. 🥲

I don't think I'll come back to this place again. It was the first time I'm having a issue with my order at this location. Even if it was a miscommunication and they try to fix my order, still have the cucumbers and...

Very tasty poke bowls with a wide array of different variations on the menu to suit everyone’s palate. At first the prices might seem high, but the portions are very decent, and they are pretty generous with the seafood. The seating area itself is nothing much, but it’s very clean. So is the assembly line. The ingredients were very fresh, including the fish. The bowls are also well balanced from a nutritional point of view: They don’t put too much rice, instead there’s a lot of veggies so it’s short on carbs. Balanced out with good fat and protein from the avocado, edamame’s and seafood. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a good poke without a...

This place recently opened and they have over 16 choices of poke bowls. I went with a friend and we tried the lobster salad poke and the salmon flambe poke. They were both delicious ! Different flavours because the sauce was different in both bowls. The amount of sauce was good !! (Some places don't put enough). We spoke to a guy that works there and he said that they were going to try to change all 16 poke bowls every 2 months ! I think it's a must try. You can have one for each taste. The place is also very cute. The decor...

Great poke with a tasty selection! The salmon one is really great and the prices are truly fair for the portions and the quality. Their were open for takeout during COVID and the sanitary measures in place made me feel safe about the food. It used to be a little bit tiny to dine-in, not sure if they will have that option again soon but they are fast in taking your order so you can go back home with a fresh bowl.
