So this place is really tasty if you like marinated meats grilled with lots of flavor you go there and you order yourself anything you're going to love it. The flavors are just great. This is the kind of place that from outside may not look superb but the food they make is superb. So I would definitely recommend going to try this place. You'll be very impressed as I was my son's friend brought is there for the first time and then we went back to try it and since then we haven't stopped going there. It's really really that good. Sometimes it's really busy but that's a good sign right? So go try it get up get out. Go try this place out. I will give you the address at the end. It's really a place I would recommend to go so don't hesitate take a little drive and when you taste that food and you realize what I'm talking about and how flavorful it is right a little review. Write a review saying how great it was like I'm doing now. Also. You're going to find the prices are attractive. They're not that bad at all. You can go there and pick it up. You can order it or you can eat there. It's really up to you but I do recommend going to try it. If you're not in the area, take a drive. It's worth it. It's really worth it. If you want a suggestion on what to have for the first time you're there, try their mixed platter or they're filet mignon sandwich. It's really something else so don't forget once you have it and you find it, it's as good as I'm telling you. The food at this restaurant is genuinely excellent – probably some of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The service and atmosphere were extremely disappointing. No one greeted me upon arrival, and when I came to pick up my order, I had to repeatedly call out with no response or acknowledgment from the staff. It felt as if customers were simply being ignored.

The overall experience was frustrating and frankly disrespectful. It’s as if the food was served to me on my footwear – that’s how poor the treatment felt. No matter how good the food is, I can’t justify returning after such an unpleasant and awkward experience. A real shame, because the kitchen deserves better front-of-house support.

No one believes you're actually checking camera footage—you’re just hoping people forget and move on. Instead of owning up to poor service, you’ve chosen to deflect and downplay. You clearly don’t take accountability, and your response proves that.

No, I won’t be calling or stopping by again. You run a restaurant, not a palace—yet somehow still manage to act arrogant while offering below-basic service. And I’ll be sure others know what kind of attitude to expect if they ever consider giving you their time or money.

I agree, the food overall is good, and that is the only positive aspect of Al-Quds. I'm someone who is fair, I always write reviews based on my experience whether good or bad but this time, I have to let the people know that Al-Quds' delivery is the worst of all deliveries. If you order for them, you might want to get out of the house and go pick it up (though even then you have to wait forever). When you order online, they always state that it will take approx. 60 mins. That is a lot of time but you know what, it's understandable, grilled meats, driver delay, etc. You call and they treat you bad, they tell you the driver will leave in 15 mins after you have already waited over 90 mins. So you tell them you want to cancel the order since the food didn't even leave, to which they reply no, they won't cancel it. You tend to have a sour taste in your mouth, even before receiving their food and thinking about how much time it took simply cut my appetite. Tonight, as well as many other occasions, I have received the food over 105 mins after it was confirmed online, which is another 10 mins after the order is placed (order put through at 5pm, confirmed at 5:15pm, arrived at 7pm) Is it me or does the food just doesn't taste the same when expectations are not met.
