There is no reason for a store to fail this bad on the logistic side of the business. You can't run a business if you can't serve your customers like decent people. It is one thing for orders to be late due to lack of staff or others stuff "sometimes", but every time? we got a recurrent problem.
I wait over 1 hour for my order and mind you, this isn't the first nor the last time. People waiting are visibly unhappy with the long wait time unless they got their kids over to chat. There are about 3 to 4 people yet only 1 person is doing both the cooking and the cash? Like what? While the remaining are staring at their phones. It does not matter if you were already waiting for 30 mins, if "people" show up either saying 1) They called earlier for their order or 2) They are UberEat, the following with happen; The plates for those people will not have been done so you will have to wait for any of those "people" that show up to be served before she continue the current customer line. Saying the food taste good is no excuse to ignore the problem of the long waiting time and failure to use her employees to speed up the process. She wear no gloves when handling food and if she used to, she definitely also used the gloves on the cash register and pin terminal No mask and speak right into the food without facing the customer when replying to questions The owner also tend to dislike any comments about customer service There is also to many wrong orders, The wrong Rice, The wrong Salad, change in mind at the last minute telling we don't have a specific thing 15-30mins after ordering??? She also doesn't believe you when she got the order wrong and think you are lying and decided to change your mind There is also some food she is advertising but haven't been selling in months!!! (and No, it was way before the Covid happen) Compare to other stores, she give less food for the price she is charging.
If the owner does not step up to doing her job properly, the problem won't fix itself.
