It doesn’t have to be an occasion to have a dinner celebration at Viet Grill. However, it was a special day and Viet food it was. We ordered the house authentic pho, menu no 5: house soup, spring rolls, grilled chicken and beef, salad and rice. To conclude a main dish of chicken with peanut butter sauce and fried spinach. I am somewhat disappointed with the house authentic pho which I was hoping to be their best. I have had much better ones. For the menu no 5, the dish was just OK, with the house soup being bland. The chicken with peanut butter was the best of all, being well flavoured. What can I say about service? Very mediocre. There was no chemistry at all with the male server who looked and felt miserable. There was reluctance on his part to give us a spare empty bowl and he has no hesitation to say it in his body language. There is a Chinese proverb which goes like: “If you do not know how to smile, don’t open a shop”. Oops, I forgot this is a Viet Restaurant.

Hands down the best Vietnamese food I’ve tried in Montreal, I literally cannot think of a better place to get Vietnamese food, their steak is so tender and full of flavours in their grill plates. Chicken cooked to perfection and supper great price for the meals. I had Peanut Butter Sauce with my Dumplings and Wow 🤩 sooooo good. Stop thinking of a place to eat and go here, I promise you won’t be dissatisfied I sure wasn’t and I’m coming back on Wednesday to get my one last Vietnamese Food craving out of the way before I fly to Europe for a few weeks. 😍 Their house (Tonk) soup was to die for as well.

The Viet Grill Restaurant is the best Vietnamese food restaurant in Montréal. Always fresh and succulent, Viet grill is a place to eat healthy and the servings are generous. The price is very fear and the dining room is very clean. For me this place win my hearth and my stomach :) Thank you

Had issues with the delivery guy (gave the guy the tip with all we had left of our money amongst the fair for the food and was given disrespect in return being told "it's not enough for a tip"), called immediately after the altercation. Spoke with staff (unsure if it was the manager or the counter service), and they had told us that next time we order, they would send a different guy.

Try to place an order on 02/29/20 and the order had been canceled. Tried to resend the order, order wa not confirmed this time, so we had called. Was told by staff that we would not have their service again as we were the ones being disrespectful, so we proceeded to ask for Management. Staff refused to comply and let us speak to the Manager and then hung up. My husband had called, tried to settle the matter, still asking for Management, and was hung up on. Proceeded to try and call again, no answer, just hangup after hangup.

This is not how a business is supposed to be managed. Food may be good, but the Service...
