Café Ilios — Restaurant in Montreal

On the shores of the St Lawrence River in Lasalle there is a lovely café : @cafeilios1. You will be welcomed with open arms by the friendliest people (there's even a sign for that and they aren't kidding). Pastries, coffee, giant cookies, sandwiches... and ICE CREAM. Not any ordinary kind of ice cream. Some of the best tasting ice cream we have ever tasted. Every single delicious flavour, home made and produced by hand with the best ingredients.

If, like us, you like to sample evrything but find yourself unable to consume a full serving of each - Ask for "The Monster" (from the secret menu. We couldn't only try one so we got them all! (because that's what we do!)

And the best part? The ice cream scoops had not melted when we got to the bottom of the monster cup- so we got to actually taste every single flavour (and not have a cold ice cream soup 😆) We were also told that they will soon also be serving soft serve which we are very excited about and will return to try as well.

A Delightful Experience at Café Illios

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Café Illios, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I ordered an ice cream and cold coffee—both were absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and refreshing, perfect for a warm day.

What made the visit even more special was the kindness of the lady at the counter. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and her kind words truly touched my heart. I’ll never forget the way she made us feel so valued.

There was also another lovely lady sitting nearby who was praising our culture so beautifully. Listening to her made me feel proud and deeply connected—it was a moment I genuinely cherished.
