Dragon de Chine — Restaurant in Montreal

Some of the dishes like the chicken soo guy for example are often to the point where they are inedible. Not burnt mind you just hardened from the cooking process that you can't enjoy the food, I have complained several times but it's always the same, the price doesn't match the quality. Service on the other hand is good, there's no dining area. When you walk in it's basically a counter you're walking up to you place your order with the person behind the counter and it doesn't take long for your, order as a matter of fact I've ordered out a couple of times and the delivery was rather quick... But I eventually got tired of them not addressing the issue with the chicken soo guy, so they lost my business. The same issue was going on with the pineapple chicken.. way over, where are the batter around the chicken chewable. I don't know if it's the fryer that's the problem or the cook... That restaurant should get rid of him least one of... But who cares what the customer thinks... It's always an inconvenience to deal with the dissatisfaction of a customer......

It took almost 2 hours for me to get my order. 2 hours. When I called to ask about my delivery, the woman who answered the phone was angry. I simply asked her, in a neutral tone (I happen to be a very patient and nice person), where they are located. I was trying to understand how far they are from where I live. She kept talking about how all she knew was that the order was not on the table, therefore it had left. I tried asking her the same question 3 times, but for some reason she would not answer the question. Then all of a sudden I realized that she had transferred the call, to whom I think was the manager. The manager was very nice and answered my question right away. I told her that I was perplexed as to why the other woman was angry at me and had transfered me to the manager. I was actually shocked. I really didn’t understand that interaction. They really shouldn’t let people who are like that deal with customers. The delivery man was extremely nice. The food...

One of the most horrendous restaurant services I've ever had, between the not having interac because a four-dollars-fee-ATM is a much better money scheme (you should see how nonchalent they are about it too), the passive aggressive cashiers, the horribly tasting food (everything tastes like rocksalt) and the insulting delivery service, 1 hour late (I live 5 min walk from Dragon de Chine) the guy comes with not only cold food, no change and a nasty attitude to boot, I don't know what to recommend here really. Dragon de Chine is really, really, REALLY a bad place to order food from and trust me, there are a lot of bad places in Verdun but this one is the WORST.

Avoid unless you're into masochism AND lack class in...
