Can someone tell that Nono head to listen instead of trying to move fast to get off the phone?

I heard rants and rave at work about pizza Georgina. However I think that’s before I came around and there was an ownership change ? Apparently?

Any ways. Hate to complain on a good place and working family but time and time again. The order experience has been cumbersome. Meaning. You call. Explain yourself. The address. Then you express it’s a basement. The. The driver is calling me asking me where the address is.

The pizza is good. Overall that sauce is the key. However. I get paper thin dough. Under cooked cheese another time. So it was rushed and it’s hard to want to order back. It’s discouraging.

I don’t want to order commercial. I am about old school good tasting family pizza. But , for Pete’s sake. Some consistency.

Last time. I asked for the combo. And I get just pizza and drink. Like, for Pete’s sakes! What’s wrong with people? It seems to be a trend every where. A hearing problem. For my case. Anyways. I’ve said “combo” repeated the address and then only half of what I said is heard? Okay then fix your phone then!!! Fix your ears. Best Pizza and Subs in the Neighborhood! An old school Montréal pizza joint with new school charm, modern decor and tactful service that always takes the time to get my unconventional sub order right every time. Try the Steak & Pepperoni and to whoever said that their fries tasted like "the carton", you're a mamaluke! Pizza was very good but not the fact that they pushed you to leave a tip even if ordering to go. It's better to pay cash. When paying with credit card they ask for my card and they didn't let me see the total, they passed me the payment terminal just after the Tips screen was there, so you have no way to know the total or skip the tipping part. I gave around 6$ and he took some few coins out of the cash and put them on the plastic container where customers leave cash tips. I hope they stop...
