La Belle Province — Restaurant in Montreal

I had turned off my headphones to order as I usually do, but did not turn the music back on after ordering, which would allow me to hear when my order would be ready. I always ask for two forks when I order so I can share with my boyfriend at home. My usual order is a large poutine, sometimes with a hot dog for each of us, and it is always to-go. I am overweight so when I hear (translated from french) "she always asks for two forks but you know she's eating it all by herself, I mean it's a LARGE poutine" one of the employees said laughing, emphasizing the word "large", to another, how do you think I felt? If it was loud enough to be heard by me, with my noise-cancelling headphones, then all the other patrons in the restaurant heard it, too. How many times have you been talking like this behind my back, making fun of me? Do you really think I'd ever want to go back now? You're rather terrible at your job anyways.

A pissed off...

Went there the other day, when I walked in, the cashier said hello to me, I said hello in return, I was looking at the menu board, and again she said hello to me, I guess she didn't hear me say hello to her the first time, so again, I said hello to her, in which she replied sarcastically, yes hello, hello, I looked at her for a few seconds and walked out the door, and went to another nearby restaurant and gave them my business. ( This was a French greeting of "Bonjour", I just made it easier by using the English version of "hello", for the Google English review readers.)

Unbelievable character this lady had. Customer service skills, ZERO. If she kept her mouth shut, I would've spent at least, $15 dollars. However, that didn't happen, she lost a sale, a tip, and a customer that will never go back because of her stupid arrogant attitude....

Please avoid this restaurant. It’s a serious health hazard. One employee had open bloody wounds on his hands, no gloves, as he touched food he served to customers, but more on that later. The cashier did not wear gloves, and she touched the food, money and her face without washing her hands. While she did this, her aforementioned colleague ate, touched his mouth, and touched the food her served to customers. Once again, He had open wounds on one of his hands. His hand was bloody and he put his hands all over the food he served to customers. It was disgusting. He also coughed all over the food her served to customers. It’s either the staff lacks training or they’re purposefully trying to infect customers. Like come on! Blood??? Coughing on food? I’m sure if this place were to be inspected, it would...
