Great new brewpub in the PSC, it's a bit out of the way, not the most easy access for people on public transportation but doable. Plenty of parking space though. The whole building is dedicated to community solidarity/co-op/DIY projects, so bonus points for that, especially in this neighborhood. Even though this pub hasn't been open for a year, it has a great worked in look. The bar is a repurposed bowling lane, barstools look straight out of a 50's diner, eclectic decor, unisex bathroom. Beers were totally solid, and had a good variety of styles to keep any beer geek interested. Didn't try the food this time around, but I'm sure the soups and grilled cheese sandwiches must be good. Prices were fair, and 1 liter growlers were a good deal too. The entrance way isn't finished yet (March 2019), so be wary of this if you've got mobility trouble. I will totally...

Local brewery working as a COOP in a building converted into a place of sharing and community gathering. The beer selection is decent, with other alcohol options. The food quality and taste can be quite different from one dish to the other. Although I really like the burritos and empanadas, the pizzas are often dry and the chips and salsa quite bland. But there is many vegetarian and vegan options and the menu is liked by kids (they have a space dedicated for them in the building for a small cost). They also have two list of prices, depending on your income. Overall, I recommend it, especially if you live in the area....

Great beer and good service. Employees are friendly. Unfortunately if you’re in a suit or somewhat dressed in business wear you’ll be frowned upon. My boyfriend and I both work around there and we’re immediately judged by what we were wearing as it wasn’t fitting into their “norm”. Would have loved to be welcomed based on who we were as people and not based on our clothing. However, if you’re looking for good beer at descent price, this is a good...

We were taking the dog for a walk and stumbled upon this tavern, and we ended up having the best fun here!!! Our dog was made to feel just as welcome as we were (he was offered his own drink lol). They had non-alcoholic kefir and a nice selection of beers. They were setting up for karaoke 🎤 on Saturday night, and we ended up "testing the system"! Ended up being a late Friday night, but we loved the energy and they included us warmly 😍

One of my favorite local bar that I come to often. The place is rustic, and it has a warmth feeling. The workers are super friendly, the are always smiling. I love the ambiance when it’s calmer. I love the vibe when live music is going on. They have a high range of beer types. Their menu list is limited but I always enjoy their empanadas (chicken or spinach/feta). The prices are reasonable. Definitely, a perfect local place to go.
