A great pho place is always hard to come by, especially if you seek good prices and GREAT, fresh food. I was curious to check this place out. I wanted the spring rolls but the only option was shrimp. I opted for the general tao as it was listed as $13 (what a great price)!!! I saw someone eating a plate of GT and it looked amazing. My order was for take-out. Unfortunately, they were out of rice (at lunchtime???) so I was offered vermicelli. I declined and requested extra veggies. They informed me that veggies were already included, so I requested more. The waitress advised me that they added more chicken to make up for the lack of rice. Upon arriving home, I noticed that the chicken was separate from the sauce and the only "veggies" were a few slices of onion and 2 chunks of pineapple. The portion was very small compared to other restaurants and it was very deep fried. I'm not sure what "extra chicken" was included but it may have been just one piece. Despite the nice service, the wait time was also extremely long. Unfortunately, this was a FAIL. Avoid, so many other better restos not...

There was only 2 staff, so service was quite long - 15 minutes.m, but there were 6 customers before. I suggest if possible to order in advance before pick up.
