Usually you have an average service because it's a McDonald's. But last week I had a terrible experience at this specific McDonald's. I usually make my orders on the app and pick them up and I usually pick them up at the designated spots. I waited for more than 15 minutes for my order (around 6:30 a.m.) then I went to ask about it at the drive thru counter. The clerk seem not to understand the I checked in to receive my order at the designated spot because she said I had to pass by the drive thru and give my code to pick up my order. When I opened the app again, I didn't have the code anymore as if someone inside the store had put in the system that my order was delivered. Then I showed the email with the receipt and she insisted I need the code to complete the order. As I was late to work I didn't have the time to argue and I just left. Now I'm contesting the charge with my credit card company as I never received my order. I've been ordering this way for more than 1 1/2 years and never had a single problem, even in small towns around Quebec. I'm never going back to this location even if I live around the corner. Today was the third time she did this to me, I would normally just go and send a complaint through the app and ask for reimbursement, but this time I went in and asked for my order. 25 minutes she left me there, no eye contact to at least look at me staring at her waiting and waiting and waiting. Once she passed 10 orders and I realized she had forgotten me again I went in. Didnât even bother saying sorry, the other cashier did and on my way out she had the guts to say âDid you got your order?â Like if dhe didnât knew she was thebone who forgot me. A complete fail, and they keep her, no matter how many times she got my orders wrong or forgot me on the curbside I send remarks and complaints and nothing. No wonder why the reviews went down.    Read moreWe drive thru this location which is the closest to our place but guess what? They never fail to disappoint us! We ordered breakfast wrap with egg, sausage and bacon in it. Also told the lady taking our order at the drive-thru if thereâs a hash brown in it, she said yes! I also asked them to put no sauce in the wrap. Ordered medium coffee, 2 lait, 2 sucre, we saw it was written properly on the monitor but here comes the order! Did they ever get it right? Of course not! Wrap has a sauce in it, no hash brown and coffee tasted bitter! This place is hopeless! All they could think of is to make the order fast and not do it right! I know they have metrics they measure about their speed of service but then it shouldnât come at the expense of the accuracy of the orders. We go there often and there are mistakes most of the time!
