Sherbrooke Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

The worst possible service and food not to mention “owner”... they do not know the definiton of customer service.... I was threatened by the owner when i asked for a refund for the shittiest pizza that was the ever made by a human being... I wish i could give this Zero stars but google wont let me.... we had to call cops because the owner was threatening us for 23 dollars... i didnt even want another pizza from here at that time or ever again.... just wanted my hard earned money back.... i asked the owner and his friend to eat what i ordered to tell me if i was wrong... but he refused to eat his own food... also he thought he could bring his friends to intimadte me... by far the worst experience in life, can’t even limit it to food... never go here even if it meant stravation... p.s. we got our money back :) if you are reading this.. save yourself order...

-Delivery was on time friendly service : 5 🌟 -Club house sandwich 5🌟 fresh and well presented. -French fires 2🌟 room temperature frozen type, not fresh cut fries. **Suggestion to the Owner of this restaurant use food grade aluminum foil squares to keep the french fries hot, during delivery Cold slaw salad 1🌟 taste was off; sour,not fresh, bland and wrong seasonings. taste like it was sitting in the Styrofoam cup to long. Acid synthetic taste 😝 yucky spit it out and threw the salad away. I will change my review upon improvement of their side dishes; french fries and cold slaw salad.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Staff were playing with shoes on the counter while also slicing a pizza, dirty hands going from shoes to the food. when told i would like my money back to go somewhere else they all became offended because i refused to eat the food they were making with their dirty hands. My second bad experience with them the other was being delivered a large pizza after ordering a 12 inch pizza (small) and being told well you ordered a small this is a small and when i said i ordered by inch not size the delivery person told his boss on the phone then still demanded i pay the price for a large even though they made the mistake, needless to say he left...
