My friend and I had a lovely time and enjoyed our drinks. My friend paid for the drinks and then realized we were charged six drinks instead of four. We let the server know and she said, "I'm 95% sure I brought you each three drinks." I patiently explained to her that we ordered three times because we never received drinks after the second time we ordered. We waited a long time and assumed she had forgotten the order (along with water) so we ordered a third time. When we got our second drinks, we asked for water again and then the waitress noted she had forgotten. We are 100% sure we did not consume three drinks each. I'm still breastfeeding and I keep track of what I consume and when. I wait three hours per drink before feeding my baby and I definitely had to feed my baby before nine hours from then. The waitress indicated the bar had made three drinks each but again, we received two each. Could it be they went elsewhere? Someone else took them? Another staff member then said we were the only table outside, which was incorrect. Another table was there and they left before we paid. The whole incident was bizarre and they were rather unnecessarily rude and defensive. They eventually refunded two drinks, albeit begrudgingly and without tax and tip. I will not speculate as to what contributed to this waitress' memory impairment, but I hope she gets the...

Went to N Bar last night with my girlfriend to meet friends. Everything was going great until one of the bartenders came up to us and told us that we were no longer welcome in the bar and that she was throwing us out. The bartender's name is Sabrina. We thought she was joking but she kept telling us to leave. We had two drinks that we hadn't even finished and she didn't want our money, she just wanted us out. We were not noisy or causing any trouble and completely sober. We kept asking her why she was throwing us out and finally she said that it was her co-worker, Joanna, that wanted us to leave. Her co-worker was at the other end of the bar talking to other clients and never interacted with us even once the entire time we were there. Everyone at the bar was shocked including our friends. We politely complied, put our coats on and was escorted to the door by Sabrina the bartender. We were embarrassed and humiliated for no reason at all. What a huge difference from 6 months ago when we were last there and were served by a bartender named Natasha if I remember correctly. Our friends left after paying their bill. What a horrible experience. We will never go to N Bar again and can no longer recommend it to friends...

I met up with a friend at NsurMackay for a couple of beers, and it was my first time visiting, so I had no expectations going in. We arrived close to suppertime, and the place was quiet, which made for a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The space itself is quite inviting — the decor is a tasteful mix of modern and classic touches, with warm lighting and comfortable seating that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a conversation.

The bartender was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive, which added to the relaxed vibe. The beers were cold and refreshing, exactly what I was hoping for after a long day. It’s the kind of place that feels low-pressure, where you can unwind, catch up with friends, and enjoy a few drinks without feeling rushed.

Overall, NsurMackay made a very good first impression. The combination of the inviting decor, attentive service, and quality drinks makes it a spot I’d happily return to. It’s ideal for casual meetups or just a quiet evening out to enjoy a couple of cold beers and...

Terrific dark lit and old style feel. Very good scotch and whiskey selection as well as some interesting cocktails. The staff didn’t really know too much about the whiskeys so wasn’t a great help but the selection was great. The bar itself is very quiet and feels intimate though spacious. Highly recommend visiting for a drink if you’re in the area. Went here again and got a nice ‘flight of the month’ which was very well presented. The place was full but we managed to grab a seat. The bar was out of a couple things that we wanted which was unfortunate but all in all another great experience. The only thing was it was busy so service was a little slow. The bartender was also the server so could have used some help! Returned again and had a fantastic Friday afternoon. The staff was lovely and the owner was working. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the whisky selection. Some great rare options too!

Here after dinner in the area on a Sunday night. Chill atmosphere but utterly disappointing service. There are barely any customers and the bartender is just busy chatting w his friend. Not sure how it's so highly rated on google maps reviews. Is it a racist thing going on here? Maybe he’s ignoring us because we’re two chinese Americans that strolled in? But the group that came after us also waited a very very long time to get their drinks. Our glasses have been empty for quite some time now but he's not even looking over at us and impossible to disengage him from whatever heated conversation he's having w his friend. Friend had the cocktail #2 and I had the mojito. For the price, those drinks were poorly made. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
