So this was my first time at the Bell Center and I went to see Sebastian maniscalco. It was a great show. I had seen some of his videos and was very happy to go see him there. I was third row Center on the floor obviously and we had an amazing view. That was a great time. The Bell Center is is huge but there's people everywhere to guide you if you don't know exactly where to go or what if you need something so that's really good. The only flaw is not really a flaw. It's just that things are very expensive. So I had a double rum and Coke. It was $30. The parking was $40. I had two hot dogs of fry it and a iced tea $30. So those things you know $100 for the parking one rum and Coke and two hot dogs a little bit expensive but you expected right? So it's not a surprise and it's part of the whole experience hence why I gave it a five star because if you're going to go there and no no look at the price of this and that and it's ridiculous and you don't enjoy it. You kind of miss out on the experience so I thought you know. Let's do it. I could have parked far and walked and saved money and I could have eaten before I went and not have to eat and have the single rum and Coke or whatever but it was the experience that was it was worth every penny not just the show. But you know having the Bell Center experience Bell Center experience is a little. It's not free but it's well worth it. You know it was a good time. Good memories you know. So I would suggest to go any event I'm sure is the same. The staff is very, very friendly, very well trained and I see you know there's there's always someone. It's not like you have to find someone. There's people everywhere working there. Their dress is certain way they're available. They're knowledgeable and you can't really at get lost. Or you know some people had a hard time finding their seats. They sat in the wrong seats. A lot of people. It's pretty amazing. You know adults but they couldn't find their seat. So yeah anyways but that's you know. Not the majority obviously you want to go to is going to be a good time. You know and enjoy everything. Go park inside the the Bell Center. Have a hot dog, buy a beer or a drink you know. Treat yourself have the the full Bell Center experience. You're not going to regret it. See if you're having a good time. You can't look at those things. You know it's either you do it or you stay home, but I strongly suggest going go to a show. Go to a game, go to a concert, whatever event. There's many, many events. If you go on their site, you're going to see what's coming up. So go check it out. Get up, get out, buy a ticket, go do it, so you'll really enjoy it. You won't regret it. So yep that's my opinion so don't procrastinate just get up. Get out now all right? Thank you!

My wife and I visited for a NHL preseason game and the next day for a tour of the Bell Centre. For both of us, this was our first time attending a game at this arena (my wife's first time watching her Habs live in person) we had level 300 tickets but that was no issue. We could see everything. This is a world class facility and I have never seen fans like this for a preseason game. It's an atmosphere we won't soon forget. I will also add, I was one of 19 Ottawa fans at the game. As long as you're not an annoying fan, they won't bother you. Yeah maybe a few jokes here and there, but all in good taste. The next day when we did the tour it was eye opening to see the dressing room, the press box, and everything in between. Sometimes heights bother me, but this did not. The tour did mention a lot about the Canadiens, but also how they handle other events that come to town. Do the tour. The Habs locker room is closed on game days, but it gives you a great idea what it's like behind the scenes of an NHL team.

Travelled from Ottawa to Bell Center Montreal. Found it easily, parked in underground garage. Purchased parking ticket along with the event ticket so it was only $25 which I thought was a decent price. We could not find a way from the garage into the Center itself so had to walk back out of the parking garage and round to the front of the building. We had a table booked at the steak restaurant inside the center 4-6-10. The restaurant was good, although it did not quite match the description as a restaurant for the connoisseur. Ordered a half bottle of wine, they took a while before they came back to say they didn't have it and it would be 5 mins while they rushed to get it from another restaurant.... It was room temperature when they brought it to the table, in an ice bucket.... Then they brought 2 glasses of ice so we could add it to the glass of wine they had poured.... Not impressed. The steak was cooked the same for both of us and yet we had asked for medium and medium rare. The waiter did not know which one was rare... not surprising. I found the stadium was very dirty, we were overly warm once it was full, so it made for an unpleasant experience. I won't travel there again.

I have been to the Bell Centre a few times since it opened, exclusively to watch hockey games. Seating is comfortable and sightlines are good, even in the 'cheap' seats. I will say that hockey games are quite an event, as is the trend in stadiums to add value to the overall fan experience. Long gone are the days of the organist pumping up the crowd with polka songs. Nowadays it's ear shattering music, light shows and a DJ pumping up the crowd during intermission. For a modern venue, washrooms are somewhat lacking, as are escalators to move fans up and down the levels. They both result in bottlenecks and long wait times. There are quite a few stairwells to exit the building, if only they were washrooms.... Concessions and souvenirs are typically overpriced, but, that's not just a Bell Centre issue. It's located downtown, so, access is easy by foot or subway, there are quite a few hotels minutes away for out-of-towners. There are also many restaurants close by for pre or post-event drinks and dining.

I was here for Cirque du Soleil on Ice on December 28th, 2023. This was my first visit, and I found the place to be well organized, spacious, and comfortable seating. Not all the eating establishments were open, and I was not impressed with that. They were well staffed, and the staff were friendly, spoke english, which was help to me as I was visiting. The show and sound quality were excellent. I would certainly return one day for a Habs game. I scored the 4 stars because of two things. 1) Restaurants being closed, an absolute turn-off for me. 2) The attached parking garage, after pre paying for parking and clicking on the directions/address, it gives you the same address as the Bell Centre. One would think this is correct/normal. However, the entrance to the parking lot is on the opposite side of the building, not the address for the front. So you could imagine a visitor like myself going there for the first time and being a little frustrated with figuring this out. I was not happy.

I cannot thank the staff here enough. My mother had a stroke over a year ago. She gained mobility slowly but has to use a cane to this day. My mom hadn’t gone to any events since her stroke because she was scared that her lack of mobility would hold her back. We attended a concert here for the first time since and to say our experience was amazing would be an understatement. We were waiting in line when a worker pulled us aside and brought us to the front of the line so that my mother didn’t have to stand and wait to enter. After entering, we wanted to buy some merch. The line was incredibly long and my mother couldn’t wait in it. We were about to leave when the man selling the merch spotted us and waved us down to come to the front of the line. All this to say, the staff made our experience so easy and memorable and made my mom feel so very happy. Thank you to the staff that worked the Billy Idol concert on August 16th. You made our entire night. 10 stars for you guys!!
