I was reading reviews, both positive and negative.. Decided for myself... For the Dona-type reviews I can't disagree more. The basil is particularly fresh. Granted the process to cook it will affect the structure of the leaf, and of course heat will wilt any leaf, unless you want to add chemicals to counteract that, no thanks. The dough has been carefully processed to ensure just the right amount of fermentation has occurred to yield a lighter airy crust and dough than you'd get even at some of the top restaurants out there.... Read moreUnfortunately I never received my order. After an hour and ten minutes I called the restaurant and apparently they forgot to activate their online ordering system. The clerk then had the nerve to tell me I should've just called in my order. Really?!!! So why the heck do you have online ordering? This is my second failed attempt with this restaurant. The first time I actually called in but they wanted to surcharge $2 for delivery because of my location. Which by the way is in their delivery zone and they advertise in my area. Instead of the employee leaving me on hold in order to help the customers in front of her, she is almost getting mad at me for ordering when it took about 20 seconds for me to tell her the item i wanted to add to my original order. I have ordered and done take out multiple times, very sad to see how they do not care about the customers in such a case. Last time she was very nice, however today, if there were customers waiting, i would have waited on the line with pleasure in order to continue my order.
