If I could give less than 1 star I would! The large pizza we ordered was tasteless and breaking apart as it was undercooked! When I went to complain the employee told me that I have to be precise if I want my pizza to be well done at the time of order!!!!! I’m I ordering a steak?? Very confused! When asked if I could get some type of refund I was told that this was not possible and they could only offer me a SMALL pizza or a dessert as compensation! Check your bill when you get delivery! I added tip online when I checked out, but then when I paid at my door (because online payment wasn’t available) the delivery person was asking me for tip again on the machine (on the amount that includes delivery fee and tip already added). When I told him that I already added tip through my online order, he tried to convince me that it wasn’t part of the total even though the bill clearly showed “tip: X$” and “delivery: X$” When I calculated it in front of him he let it go. Terrible owner, terrible management, there's a reason why there is no workers...poor workers, no air conditioning during hot summer and no heaters during cold winter.
