Restaurant La Belle Province — Restaurant in Montreal

I ordered today 2 vegetarian submarines (and some onion rings) and Instead I got meat submarines. I told the guy I wanted vegetarian. I meantioned vegetarian when I ordered. They refused and they seem to blame me that it was my fault. The guy told me I would need to reorder and pay again for the vegetarian submarines. I brought the submarines back home for my mother and brother to eat. I ate nothing but some onion rings. I am very disappointed. Had a friend with me and he saw the guy made funny dirty faces at me when I turned around to go back to my seat. What should of I done? Next time I will yell very loud! VEGETARIAN SUBMARINES! PLEASE! and I will repeat...

Home feels like restaurant.

The service may seem raw, but you are always treated like a friend more than a customer, and that is what makes the restaurant different than the others.

Not to mention that the price is very fair. Also the regular customers will recognize you and greet you if you are a recurrent one.

Cleanliness is on point.

Food quantity and quality is more than reasonable (in my opinion).

Vanity and overall look is outdated, and that is what I like about it.

Great place to bring your date if you are an accustomed person and only if your date is not too picky.

Worst Belle Province restaurant I have ever gone to. Cahsier did not was hands after handling cash and touched my order of hotdogs WITHOUT gloves. All employes are extremely arrogant, rude, and all do not feel like working. I also witnessed the cashier yelling at an elder man and was very aggressive towards him. Terrible customer service.
