good loukoumades: crunchy and soft on the inside. very greasy tho beware. my favorite topping is biscotti hazelnut.

tips: call if you want to order a big box of 50 loukoumades (no need to wait.) also, they offer a fidelity card.

waiting line sometimes is a bit long. you could wait for about 10-15mins on rush hour.

Thus, I had 3 incidents. once, i asked for largest box size with one small empty box on the side (so i could separate it and give it to my friend.) there was a big confusion and a bit of a hassle just to get an empty box. i ended up paying $1.50 more. second, i was waiting before the lady behind me but she got her order first?! and it was the same order (large box of loukoumades.) third, i called in and ordered a big box for to go and the lady told me it will take about 15 mins. i deliberately went 15 mins later to give them time.. i still had to wait another 10 mins.

Came to this one before movie. I’m a bit disappointed as I wanted the 12 puffs with two flavors but they don’t offer that options anymore. I went to the one at Marché-Central not too long ago and they offers it. Sometime you don’t want to eat too much but try with more than one flavor. We end up with 30 puffs which is too much at the end.

The staffs are nice, a bit slow. This may be due to a lot of customers at once.

Overall I don’t think o would return to this specific one due to the reduced options. It felt like it’s a marketing scheme to make customer pay more for more flavors. But these are very filling. Eating few puffs will fill you up very quickly. So you will need to come to these place with a large...

This is my first ever review. My brother bought a small box of puffs yesterday at around 12:30. When we opened the box 2 hours later we found a dead fly on a chocolate puff. We closed the box, did not touch a thing. When we went back to return the puffs, we opened the box to show the cashier and he said "oh are they stale?" We said no, look there is a fly. The manager came over had a look and asked if we had the receipt? Ahhh no, we hadn't kept the receipt for a $5.00 purchase. The manager then pulled out a $5.00 bill from his pocket and said here, and offered no apology. Really! Great customer...
