Restaurant Lafleur — Restaurant in Montreal

Unacceptable. I was asked to go to go and order food for 3 person. 4 hotdogs, 1 bag of fries and a poutine. there was three cars before me, one behind. I got stuck there and I am not kidding for 1h15 minutes. ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES! Everyone were pretty mad in their car. When I finally got my order, I asked why the hell it was taken so long. The response? A rude answer that someone called sick and they are serving their clients ''inside'' as a priority. NEVER go there to the drive-tru you will be disgusted. It wasn't even crowded, the service was just horribly slow. Cherry on the cake? All four hot dogs were all dressed. I specifically asked for only ketchup and cheese....

Oh, the nostalgia!! My family moved away from Montréal long ago, but we make a point of stopping for steamed hotdogs whenever we visit, and this restaurant more than delivers! I'm so grateful for the addition of tofu dogs to their menu, which means that I'm not left out of the fun & get to enjoy part of my childhood again, too • Thank you!! A huge thank you, as well, to the two lovely young men who provided outstanding customer service on Easter Sunday; we were all truly impressed! Lastly, the fries here are perfection, we found the prices very reasonable & the restaurant itself was spotless • Three cheers for Lafleur's & this...

This lafleur location used to be one of the best authentic poutines in town. The fries are no longer dark like they used to be and the cheese is melting everywhere, fake cheese curds. I am very disappointed that the recipe changed. Don’t get poutine here, only disappointment will come, especially if you used to go here 5-10 years ago. We can’t even finish it because it just tastes like some sort of mozzarella fries, sadly I think the rest of it will have to go in the garbage.
