I recently ordered from Restaurant Nouilles Impériales and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the delivery service was commendable in terms of promptness and efficiency, I was ultimately let down by the quality of the food.

Firstly, I must acknowledge the positive aspect of my order: the delivery service. The food arrived in a timely manner, and the delivery person was courteous and professional. I appreciate their attention to detail in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.

However, the main issue lies with the food itself. Despite my excitement and high expectations, the taste and quality of the dishes were sub-par. I found the flavors to be lacking depth and authenticity, leaving me disappointed. The textures were also inconsistent, with some dishes being overcooked while others were underwhelmingly bland. It's truly disheartening when a restaurant fails to deliver on the culinary experience it promises.

Considering my previous positive experiences with this restaurant, this recent encounter was particularly disappointing. I had hoped for a meal that would live up to the standards I had come to expect. Sadly, this was not the case.

Regrettably, based on this experience, I have decided not to order from Restaurant Nouilles Impériales again. While the delivery service deserves recognition, the lackluster food quality overshadows any convenience the service may provide.

I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their culinary offerings. With some refinement, they have the potential to regain their reputation and win back disappointed customers like myself.

One star is even too much!!! I called to make an order, asked if she spoke English and put me on hold for over 5 minutes and never came back to me. I called again and the lady taking orders was very very rude and rushed me to place an order told me order would be ready in 15 minutes. I called back litetally 2 minutes later cause she brushed me off so fast after taking order to advise her to take precautions for allergies, and mentioned to her she rushed me when taking my order. I explained to her she did not give me time to tell her about the allergies as she was blaming me that I should have told her when I made order literally 2 minutes prior!! So she placed me on hold and came back to me and said the owner said food is already done and it's that or nothing!!! I was disgusted with her response and to say my food was ready in just 2 minutes is worrisome!! I will never ever order from this place again HORRIBLE customer service! If I can leave 0 stars I would. The lady on the phone clearly understood me in English but obviously only spoke in French so that was a great start. Then I placed my order for delivery and THANK GOD I ASKED MYSELF if they take debit but no they don’t only cash or credit which is beyond me it’s 2022. I called at 7:25. I was told if I want to pick it up I would need to arrive within 5 minutes. But if I’m placing my order for pick up, DOESNT THE KITCHEN NEED TO MAKE THE FOOD?!
