I chose something on the menu that I was unfamiliar with. Having asked for an explanation, I jumped in. I got a large serving dish with huge salad leafs, speared cucumber, bean spouts and julienne carrots, with a generous serving of mint and basil. Also on the plate was a serving of vermicelli and bowl of grilled pork and ground pork wrapped in some sort of vegetal sheathing, all in a sweet fish sauce with onions.
