La Crosta Trattoria — Restaurant in Montreal

I expected more from a pizzeria rated 4.8. The place was not very clean—two people almost slipped at the entrance and the waiting line, and the tables were still dirty even after being wiped. I’m not sure what they use to clean them.

We waited around an hour for our food, and it came half cold. There were 4 orders in front of us. The door was left open while the staff were working, which didn’t help.

The salmon pizza was great, and the merguez was also tasty. But the makloub chicken came with onions even though we asked for no onions, and the chicken didn’t seem like good quality. At least the mayo was okay.

The worst service ever we ordered a sandwich and pizza after 35 min we get the pizza and waited another 20 and we didn’t get the sandwich the owner is very disrespectful by lying to me and my wife saying that no one get the sandwich we ordered after three tables after us get served and one table of 12 people they all get served the employees r very nice but the owner have zero customers service experience he doesn’t know if a sandwich will take over 50 min to get ready he should close the business so he was not honest with us and lied instead of him saying sorry we forgot to prepare ur sandwich so...

If you like fast food in general and tunisian fast food in particular (pizza , makloub , naan , baguette farcie… ) you ll love their food ! I believe they just opened cause i havent head of it till lately so why not give it a try? My friends and i were happy with our orders. The staff are friendly and welcoming , the space is big so no crumbling into tiny chairs and tables ,the portions are generous and varied.
