We ordered fried calamari, lamb shank, their shrimp dish and a pizza. Their pizza and shrimp were good. The calamari was alright, it was a little bit dry and no batter. The most disappointing part was the most expensive lamb shank... For a ~$50 main dish, I was expecting something at least cooked to perfection, but it was either overcooked or it was left under the heating light for too long... The outer layer was bone dry and hard to chew.

I'd recommend Riventino to anyone looking for a warm, family style Italian restaurant with the real deal owners.
Lastly, for the owner: the "spicy oil" was fine the next day 😉.
Looking forward to another...
