Sachi Sushi — Restaurant in Montreal

If I could give 0 star, that's what I would give this restaurant. I had a TERRIBLE experience. So I ordered through Skip The Dishes, they take the payment to then call me saying the mango flavor of bubble tea I ordered was not available and I had to take something else. I didn't make a fuss and took a flavor that was available even though I didn't want it or liked it, because asking for a partial refund was too much of a hassle. The food took more than an hour to be delivered and the delivery man was extremely rude. But that was just the beginning, I was shocked to open the bag to two half filled bobas that had spilled everywhere and on the food. I immediately called the restaurant and was very rudely told that their packaging of the food was perfect and that their delivery man said he also had handled it perfectly so it had to be us. I was baffled, because I had called them immediately after receiving the delivered food to handle the situation immediately. I asked them for a refund and informed them I had taken pictures of everything, and that the food was still sealed in their so ''perfect'' packaging because I didn't touch anything. They said they would come back to pick up the food and would refund me, which I agreed to because there wasn't much I could do with sushis soaked in strawberry bubble tea.. Mistakes happens, it wouldn't have been such an issue if it wasn't for their very poor customer services. As a customer, it is very unpleasant to be wrongly treated as a liar for pointing out a mistake they made and receiving uneatable food you paid 40$ for. They wasted my time. This is my first time having such a bad experience ordering from a sushi restaurant so I'm definitely never ordering from Sachi...

This is my favorite restaurant. sushis are customized to your taste and the materials are fresh. The people work there are very friendly. I have been ordering with them since they're in the neighbourhood. I read the reviews of sachi sushi and noticed a review from Mina H who gave this restaurant a one star review. Something is not right about her comments, Sachi Sushi doesn't sell any bubble tea, and the packaging (as the photo she provided) is not from this restaurant, I think she might have confused with other restaurant. Hello! I have eaten a lot of sushi in my life and I know what good sushi is. I pick up sushis 2 days ago and the rice was way overcooked like they put in too much water. As a sushi restaurant they must know that cooking sushi rice is an art and especially when it comes to sushi. Secondly, the avocado was not fresh in some of the small bites (rotten taste).
