Worst customer service, unprofessional service. Rude employees that don't even have a working system taking down their customers orders. They mess up your orders and make it as if you are the problem. If I ordered a fried noodles and shrimp. How is the person taking orders is going to tell me otherwise??? No system of numbers nothing is written down and everything is in done by memory. So the cashier/telephone attendant/cook remembers everything and never makes a mistake it would seem. What does she have as a system: Telephone numbers, a real joke then she has the nerve to say if two customers order the same thing how can she identify which is which. The customer service is terrible. they tell you that you have to call first before coming to pick up your order but when you call.. they don't answer ! Then tell you it's going to take 30 mins to cook your food but then it ends up taking an hour. Very rude and aggressive staff, especially that one girl. We ordered on a Tuesday evening, it took 47 minutes to arrived and the food looked like it was cooked 1 day before, we threw away 1/2 of it the ribs were rubbery and dry and hard, chow mein was not in a sealed container everything leaked , chicken was dry, pineapple chicken was all batter.
