Pizza Chicken New York — Restaurant in Montreal

We've been ordering regularly for about six months and found the food (for the most part) tasty and great quality for the price. Everything suddenly changed yesterday when they delivered DRY, BURNT, TINY, chicken wings and a Shish Taouk plate with about five small pieces of chicken covering a whole mess of soggy potatoes. We called back to report this but were BLOWN OFF repeatedly by the people answering the phone; they refused to listen and when we asked for someone in charge they said no-one was there. We called again; they said the boss would come back at a certain time. We called again and were spoken to rudely : "I don't know his schedule; I'm not his wife." EXCUSE ME??? We will never order from this place again. You are only as good as your last meal in this business and the "New York BBQ" as it is now called, is OFF OUR LIST. Years ago customer service was rude, delivery time was after 1 hour, missing/wrong orders or sometimes they forget. Now I've give it another try because some friends came by and told me they got better. So I've tried and here that only one man (don't know who he was) realize that i was lost in the menu, he tried to help me and offer (selling technic) some bundles (custom made for my need) with a good price and tasty. Food for 4 =20$ + tx. To where they are located and for the type of customers i won't expect "Madisson" 🤣 .Ok from then, everytime WHY is that rudeness cust service came back? WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONAL that I've talk to? Anyways i only call for the same thing, for the rest I've tried the chicken wings Lord have mercy it was DISGUSTING over used oil 🤮 and burned + reheat old fries and those potatoes were so hard to eat. Come on if you guys don't wanna waste just take it out...

I ordered the lasagna off their Uber Eats menu in the middle of the night, and it's really gross that this restaurant would make and send rotten food. Very deceiving cause at first look, to the eye it looked like it was going to be delicious. Instead, the lasagna is rancid smelling and the noodles tasted extremely sour. You can also tell that too much sugar is added to the sauce, probably to try and mask the rotten lasagna noodles. The cheese also didn't really have taste to it, just felt and ate like rubbery texture. Inedible and can cause people to get sick. This was my 1st time buying from here, never again. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting and such a bad experience. Money and time wasted all to end up without having been able to eat and went straight into the garbage...
