Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

It’s the first time that I’m going to write a review for Tim Hortons. I remember when I had a bad service at various Tim Hortons. Once I ordered quartiers de pommes and got hash-browns at a Tim Hortons in Henri Bourassa area. When I told them, they made a mistake, they argued non stop and refused to take back the hash-browns and got mad. There was a long line behind us in the drive through and still the workers and managers refused to resolve the issue and we just had to leave after 5 minutes of no resolution. This Tim Hortons gave us an excellent service and I feel the need to share the positive we see around us. I always get poulet croustillant wrap and love it. However, when I bit into my wrap today it was something I never ate before. It was grilled chicken wrap. I am unsure how I got it because I always get the croustillant one. Well, I returned and told them the problem. The girl at the drive through told me that it was grilled chicken that I said. However, she still called the manager and he explained how grilled chicken is cooked slowly that’s why it’s soft. I told him this has tuna texture. He asked me if I need the croustillant ones, because I ordered 2. The manager smiled and happily asked me to park the car and they will bring me 2 croustillant chicken wraps. They happily brought us the wraps for free. It’s not always about the money, but how important you make your clients feel. I will try to always return to this Tim Hortons and suggest you to prioritize them too. Thank you to the manager for having a big heart. People with big heart glow and spread kindness...

Ordered a ham & cheese sandwich on a croissant with mayo instead of ranch sauce. I was very clear in my order. It took forever to be ready, when i got my order they had put ranch sauce, so i gaved it back , she took the bag and roll her eyes on me, and told me to move on the side bcz she had more people to serve. when the lady came back at the window she almost threw the bag at me. I checked and she just added the mayo on top of the ranch sauce. So i gaved It back again to the other girl at the window when i heard the lady on the back saying oh man she can eat it like that & that she was too busy making other orders and bcz of me theres was a line up. So i askd my money back, while the lady still complaining about me not being able to get my sandwich like that. So i have to eat it the way she wants me to? Aint im paying for it? Finally got my money back and left. Worst service ever. I will never stop by again. She...

I guess this is the worst Tim Hirtons I've visited. First the cashiers dont speak english, I know that we are in Quebec, but 🙄 Montreal is a city full of international students that speak only english and what about for people that are here visiting... You try to order as you can and the cashier and you cant no undrrstand one each other. Also, on my last visit here I asked a friend order for me, the cashier maded a mistake i the complete order and I asked speak with the supervisor... Jesus this Lady was so unprofesional, and she was speaking to me ugly and strong. I reported to the costumer service, but something they think that we report just for getting something free... never made anything. But I stoped going there and now I have to buy my coffe in...
