Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

The worst Tim Hortons of them all... I don't mind that they have no manners and don't care for their customers, but I do mind very much when they don't follow protocol... I purchased two small ice cappuccinos and she only filled them to line 3... I asked her to fill the cup to pass line 5 and she responded by telling me that line 3 is for small, line 4 is medium and line 5 is for large. I explained that there's different cup sizes for S/M/L and she just walked away, how rude! .... What the heck is going on with this place... Perhaps...

I went in on NYE at around 2 am and their washroom was out of service. I asked if we could use the back washroom because I have a medical condition and it was an emergency. Everything else was closed. I begged if we could use it, im sick and it is out of my control. They still refused and were so inhumane to the situation. They couldn’t make an exception for a BATHROOM, a human need. On top of that I have a medical condition.The situation was completely unacceptable...

Owner is cheating out on employees. Government subvventions for employees, and the washrooms are closed. Employee here is rude and condescending. Another great DEI hire Charged us for bacon and then told us she had none. This is ridiculous!!! Tim’s needs to stop the shenanigans, it’s embarrassing This place is a joke and the franchise should be removed Owner is clearly the only person putting 5 star reviews, worst Tim Hortons...
